At The Cadet, we are committed to providing high-quality online training programmes that meet the needs and expectations of our learners. We understand that sometimes circumstances change or the course may not meet your requirements. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for requesting refunds.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The refund request is submitted within the specified timeframe.
The learner has not completed more than 20% of the course content.
The learner has not downloaded any course materials (if applicable).
The following items are non-refundable:
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with special discounts.
Courses that have been accessed and/or completed.
Downloadable software products, if any.
Any services or products that have been customised to the learner’s specifications.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@thecadet.co.za with your order number and reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and provider.

If you are unable to complete the course due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss partial refund options.

The Cadet reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our learners and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
