The Cadet is credited to the vision of Craig Absalom and Jan Combrink, both of whom have extensive experience in the Motor Industry. Recognising a gap in the market, they saw the need for a new generation of qualified Sales Executives who have the right personality and attitude characteristics, to bolster this crucial industry.
The Sales Cadet programme was born out of this vision. It is designed not only to guide newcomers in the industry but also to provide opportunities for existing New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives who lack access to brand-specific training.
Our commitment is to foster growth in the Motor Industry by equipping sales professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Join us on this journey.

Our mission is to attract, empower and enhance the skills of individuals employed in the motor industry. Through innovative technology, we aim to revolutionise training, making it more efficient and accessible.
We affectionately refer to our trainees as ‘Motor Industry Cadets’.
The Cadet is always looking for talent – people who are keen to learn and develop – and then get into a job and apply what they have learned. People who are willing to invest in themselves are then ready to reap the benefits of their preparation. People who want to succeed and exceed! People like you? If you are one of them, then …
We do classroom training as well as online training. That includes blended and micro learning options too. Contact us for a comprehensive list of possible training courses, delivered at your venue or off-site.
